The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

Enjoy the country while sitting on the front porch. You may see deer, opossum, rabbits, squirrels, etc, and get to hear birds singing.

The Project House

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. The house is situated in the middle of a actively working farm consisting of row crops, such as peanuts, corn, cotton and cattle, so guest may experience sights, sounds, and smells that reflect such.

It’s been added on to several times. We’ve given it lots of tender loving care to get it back to its beauty! You will love staying in this peaceful setting in our vineyards!
