My place is close to restaurants, enjoys great views. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. While the apartment is in the scenic and tranquil village of Howth you can reach the city center in 25 minutes by bus or DART (train), it is also good for people who want to attend sporting events at the AVIVA or RDS. With the rich supply of public transport, there is no need for a car but if you choose to have one there is secure underground parking available.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Hi, We are a 15-20 minute walk from UCD and St Vincent's Hospital and a 10 minute walk from the Dart train station and major bus routes. This is a great double room in a well maintained house, full use of house amenities included and your own private bathroom. Off street parking available, situated in a safe residential neighbourhood.
