Dive into the serenity of this unique, off-grid tiny cabin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset and take a breath. It’s a rustic gem, built from repurposed materials, saved from landfill. It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

The unforgettable escape of The Chalet @ Darclo Farm rests upon the open grassy hillside, overlooks the meandering valleys towards the picturesque Mt Flinders, in the Scenic Rim. Soak under the stars in the outdoor stone bath, unwind with a book on the deck while overlooking the paddocks, stroll along the tracks or snooze in the king size bed. Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Hidden on a 300 acre working cattle property in the Biarra Valley, lies this beautifully equipped and eco friendly tiny home. This escape situated between Toogoolawah and Esk hosts peaceful rural views and allows for you to reconnect with nature. Relax in the hanging chairs or wander along the creek. Experience a magical sunrise or sunset and stargaze into the night from the comfort of the spacious deck or around the fire pit overlooking our running creek .Come and explore our region.

We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.
