Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.
