The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Katie’s Fastnet Cabin The stunning seascape changes every day in front of the nautical themed Fastnet Cabin. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.

The Old Post Office (Urhan)

We have refurbished this fabulous old building in Urhan using local craftsmen. The building was originally a national school for many years from 1884. It then became a post office and shop for over 40 years. There are fabulous views of the sea at the front and views of the mountains at the rear of the property. It is very close to the Urhan Pub (less than 100 metres) so you can wander down for a pint of Guinness or a glass of wine and take in the breath-taking views of Coulagh bay.

We are a working beef farm and can look after your bikes/motorbikes on site in a safe environment. The Pods have wonderful mountain views and to those who enjoy nature and getting away from the madness for a little while, then this is for you. Each pod is like a little mini apartment. The Hideaway at Three Castle Head is truly unique property situated at the head of a beautiful valley with not another house in sight and surrounded only by wild nature. The views from the cabin are breathtaking with Dunlough Castle in the near distance, the lake beside it and the wild Atlantic ocean stretching off to Beara Peninsula across the water.
