Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

A unique balcony makes the most of the woodland views. In 5 minutes you can be on the Trans Pennine Trail - excellent for cycling & walking trips. The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private garden with romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect eggs! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We accommodate dogs and we own our own private dog park.
