Om sommeren kan man bade både i Stiklatjern og Sandstangen, bilvei helt frem. Sandstangen er en 300 meter lang tange av morenegrus på østsiden av Øyeren i Trøgstad. Stiklatjern ligger nordøst for Båstad, badeplassen har varmeste badevann med super vannkvalitet, og det er også opparbeidet en grillplass.

The place is close to the Ski Association's trail network where you will find exciting and attractive "view points" within a 30 minute walk.

Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
