Perfect for two adults or a family with children who wouldn't mind sharing a comfortable fold up mattress. Upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance with lockable space for equipment and gear. Two bedroom/one bath guest suite with private entrance available in our home (we live upstairs). Park, walk down your own sidewalk to entry door. Kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and recently upgraded with a dishwasher, stovetop , and oven) stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Living and dining room area with futon couch and dining room table. Easy walk to Heights restaurants and bakery. 30 minute walk downtown through neighborhood or via Indian Creek Trail .

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite.
