En été, la maison est fraiche grâce aux matériaux naturels et écologiques de ses finitions. La maison est spacieuse avec une hygiène irréprochable. Le quartier est calme et très sécurisé par des gardiens de nuit qui veillent sur les maisons, les voitures et les commerces.
