The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

You can expect some noise above as this is a basement flat. Bedrooms are cosy with very limited outdoor light and air as the windows open into a tiny internal courtyard. The green room is very dim and has a lower ceiling too. There are pigeons and seagulls as well as various songbirds and you can expect to hear them!
