The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. This is an ideal location for medical professionals, Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.3 miles way, along with Shriners, Deaconess Multicare is 1.1 mile distance..
