The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Gardens around my turn-of-the century home offer several locations for outdoor dining and relaxing with WIFI. You are welcome to the greens, tomatoes, squashes and herbs. Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.
