This newly renovated apartment, with a small balcony, designer bathroom and a new kitchen, will definitely give you a special feeling of being at home. Nicely located in Berlin Charlottenburg (city centre west) close to Messe ICC the Kantstrasse, and the highway A100 it is quit near to all highlights in Berlin. A nice way to discover the neighbourhood is to walk around; you'll find some very nice small stores, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Make yourself at home and feel like being a Berliner!

Die Buslinie 110 ist zu Fuß 200m und die U-Bahn ist ca. 600m entfernt. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und hat Platz für vier Personen. Das geräumige Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken und die Toilette. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Schmargendorf nach wenigen hundert Metern.

You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. Nahe des Grunewalds und unweit des Olympiastadions und der Waldbühne liegt dieses kleine Souterrain-Appartement. Ob als Unterkunft für einen Berlin-Trip oder für Konzert- oder Sportveranstaltungen hat man von hier den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Lediglich 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt es, um zur Waldbühne oder dem Olympiastadion zu kommen. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Messe Berlin ist zudem nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
