Overlooking Humboldt Bay in the Historic District of Eureka, California, our newly updated family owned and operated boutique Inn is housed in the elegant and intriguing Historic Eagle House, est. 1888. Our twenty-three unique and immaculately dressed guests rooms provide all you need for a restful and relaxing get away. Our three Premium Deluxe rooms all have a King bed and tv's. We cannot guarantee which room you will be booked into as they are subject to availability.

Overlooking Humboldt Bay in Eureka's Historic District, our family-owned boutique Inn is nestled inside the Historic Eagle House, established in 1888. Our Deluxe Queen rooms are more spacious than our Classic Rooms, featuring a queen bed and Victorian charm you won't find anywhere else. Some rooms include a TV — just let us know if that's important and we'll do our best to accommodate. Room assignments and photos are subject to availability. Book early!

Cozy Spa Retreat - King with 2 Twins

Come and enjoy your cozy Spa Retreat cabin, You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay. Tucked into the corner amongst the trees sits our grand cottage. With rich hues of color and finely detailed appointments, Spa Retreat sets our standard for luxury. A Cal-King four-poster bed is accompanied by white leather club chairs positioned next to the fireplace. The antique armoire serves as your closet away from home.

Fish Camp - 2 Queens + Pull Out

After a successful day on the river of steelhead or salmon fishing, it’s great to get back to a room that accommodates your specific needs. On the front porch are conveniently placed rod holders. Out back is a cleaning station. There are two queen sized beds and a fold out couch in the great room. The screened porch is just right for hanging out in the evening sipping that special Scotch and reminiscing about the day.

Charming Promontory - King, Jacuzzi, Fireplace

With a distant view of the Trinity River, Promontory has a screened porch area complete with oversized fan, daybed and lounging chairs. Outside is a gas grill with side burner. Inside a four-poster Cal-King sized bed complete with nightstands and custom lamps set the ambience for the room. Entering the spa area, you will find a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, an oversized tiled shower and heated floors.

Village Cabin - 1 Queen

Tucked into the very corner of downtown Willow Creek, this distinguished cabin is an easy stroll to restaurants, shops and the creek. The room features a large clawfoot tub with separate shower, queen bed and deck overlooking spectacular views. Amenities include flat screen TV, DVD player and XM radio. Magnificent mature Locust trees act as the cabins back drop.

The Tao House - 1 Queen

The town of Willow Creek was originally named China Flat due to the large number of Asian gold miners living in the area. Paying homage to these hard working Argonauts, our Tao House accommodation is a subtle interpretation of these influences. A rattan queen bed on hardwood floors and original artwork is found in the bedroom suite.
