Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Each half has 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Twin Bunk room & a Living room. The excellent Wifi (Roku) & separate spaces are great for work/study & privacy. Extra Clean & Charming w/Decks out front & in the fenced in backyard. Charcoal Grill, Picnic table, 2 Kayaks w/cart & Fire pit w/lots of chairs. Pets must be approved w/Pet fee

#7-Waterfront/beachfront-1 bedroom cottage

This cottage is just steps from the beautiful sugar sand beach. Beautiful views from the windows as well as the covered porch. Blue Haven's cottages come with a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with full size futon, bathroom with shower, and covered porch with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The bedroom of this cottage contains a full bed and a twin bed. Our cottages can accommodate a group of five. Smart TV and WiFi are available in each cottage.
