We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
