Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.

Our a-frame chalet is set in the orchard of Sheriffston farm. It is fully equipped for self catering, an excellent base for exploring Moray and Moray side of Aberdeenshire. It is conveniently located within short distances to Elgin (historic town centre), stunning beaches and coastal walks, river spey, hillwalks and following Whisky Trail.
