The white sand area in front of the house allows you to enjoy a game of volleyball or cornhole. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for our guests and it's an easy paddle out to enjoy the reef. The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.
