In the warmer months, enjoy a short stroll to the lake front beach and pier for swimming and water sports or enjoy miles of safe lake side bike and walking paths or trek out to the trails that surround us including Eagle Rock. A short stroll will bring you to the water's edge and some delicious local restaurants. The gorgeous Emerald Bay overlook is also just a quick drive. Miles of hiking, snowshoe and cross-country ski trails are literally just outside the door, with Sugar Pine Point State Park at the end of the street. Location, location, location!

Great for 2 couples with 1-bedroom downstairs (queen bed) & a loft upstairs w/queen bed & 2 futons. Enjoy coffee on 1 of the 2 two decks w/mountain views or sit by the cozy gas fireplace. Ski @ Homewood, Squaw or Alpine—the shuttles are nearby. A beach is at the bottom of the hill, & many popular restaurants & bars are nearby. We have hi speed wifi & a TV downstairs.
