Quiet neighborhood w/ a 5-minute walk to beach; 2 boat ramps 1/4 mile away; & large grass parking lot adjacent to the property for guests to park boats/larger vehicles.

It has a very comfortable living room, a bedroom with a queen bed and large closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the main floor.
