I'm neither a good witch nor a bad witch; I mostly keep myself to myself - which is probably why I have lasted so long. My hovel is hidden away down a spooky alley and you will be sent secret instructions how to find it. It's just a 20 minute walk to the city centre along the river path or less than a minute on a broomstick.
