The living room has an outside entrance that opens onto a private lanai.

The Nene Suite has a king bed plus additional thick pull-out sofa chair bed in spacious 330 sf room. Private entrance with door codes. The room opens up to a large shared lanai. The kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee, pods, teas, sugar, creamers, utensils and a few essential spices.. Guests are offered complimentary breakfast items in fridge for 1 morning. No Host owners live in private dwelling on property.
