There’s a legal back house (Chic) which is only accessed from alley so it’s totally private. Driveway+limited on-street parking.

Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in La Loma neighborhood. This Casita offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), queen size bed & 1 full bathroom. AC & Heather (via mini split system) Driveway fits two cars. Overall, a beautiful little house with lots of renovations. Self check-in with electronic keypad door lock. No smoking, no parties.
