It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Enjoy peace and serenity at the end of the road with privacy and minimal neighbors. Property line is Bedford line. First floor master suite and 2 up with super comfy queen size beds. Kitchen has Keurig, drip and Nespresso coffee makers, Ninja blender, Nurti-Bullet and stainless steel cookware. Floors are all hardwood and laminate. My NH home was renovated in 2024. Enjoy your stay! Multiple restaurants, fast & not within 1/4 mile, PF, Yoga, Stretch Lab, Whole Foods, Trader Joes only 1 mile away.

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails
