It holds an elevated and leafy south facing position with views over the town and surrounding countryside. The flat has 2 spacious double bedrooms, one of which boasts a super king bed. The double bedroom is down some stairs. It has recently been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard by the owners. This includes, an excellently equipped kitchen/diner with a separate equally well equipped utility/pantry, a lovely, spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large south facing picture bay window and all the style and grandeur that one may expect from a property of this era. Bookings for two guests is for one x double room. If two guests require two beds there is a one off surcharge of £10 to cover linen amd cleaning services. Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk into town. Off road shared parking at the front and plenty of on street parking at the back. The flat may not be suitable for infants re open staircase.

A spacious modern apartment in the heart of the Peak District surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great for families and for groups of friends that might want a walking holiday. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or superkingsize. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.
