The river Wharfe runs through the hamlet and there is plenty of walking and cycle routes around to explore. The cottage is a short drive from Weeton train station where you can hop on a train to Leeds, York and Harrogate. Ideal for families and furry friends wanting to explore the dales.

The Rabbit Hole offers a beautifully appointed hideaway in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walking & cycling in the surrounding countryside. A short hop from the bustling market town of Skipton with its medieval castle, shops & restaurants, Embsay is a quiet village bordering Barden Moor & The Bolton Abbey Estate and very close to The Tithe Barn. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs & a vintage steam railway station. Guests are welcome to share our garden.

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Located in the village of Blazefield within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Kiln Hill provides a great location for exploring Nidderdale and the surrounding areas. Built in the 1800’s Kiln Hill has been newly refurbished and sleeps 2-6 people in 2 en-suite bedrooms; it is perfect for families, couples or friends. It also features an annex which is furnished as a games room and bar area.

It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Nidderdale Cottage (Wren)

Gorgeous little cottage overlooking Nidderdale with amazing views, quiet and cosy. Good sized living area and dining table combined, small kitchen but everything you need to eat in unless you take advantage of the local pub which is a short walk away. Recently renovated with new bathroom, beds, decor and flooring (spring 2022). Outside upper level outside the cottage has a decking area per cottage with own seating to admire our view and the amazing sunsets or starry night skies.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
