Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Loistava sijainti suoraan ratikan päätepysäkin vieressä (200m). Talo on valmistunut kesäkuussa 2022. Lähellä on mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Hervantajärven retkeilyalue on aivan vieressä ja uimarannalle on n. 800m. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan (Sale) n. 250m ja Hervannan Duo -kauppakeskukseen matkaa 2,5km.
