Ce hameau est à 30 min de la station de ski d'Orcieres Merlette, 15 min de celle de St Léger les melezes. Et 40Km du lac de Serre-ponçon. Vous pourrez également découvrir la faune , la flore de montagne et les spécialités culinaires du Champsaur. Maison avec wifi renovée se situant à 450 mètres d'altitude avec terrasse plein sud face au Taillefer et à l'Alpe du grand serre. Le logement est composé de 2 chambres à l'étage avec WC indépendant. Au rez de chaussée se trouve une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte et équipée et table de repas pour -6 à 8 personnes, WC indépendant, salle de douche avec douche à l'italienne, salon avec canapé BZ 2 personnes et coin télévision, buanderie avec machine à laver, sèche-linge et point d'eau.

Accessible en voiture ,le centre ville de Grenoble a 15 min et les stations de ski à 45 min L’appartement se compose d’une très grande pièce de vie, équipée d’un poêle et d’une climatisation réversible,d’une télé de 160 cm, d’une cuisine équipé avec frigo américain,et d’une mezzanine, un vrai cocon avec vue sur les étoiles grâce au velux.

Studio 2 à 4 personnes

Pour votre séjour à la montagne, un studio fonctionnel au rez de chaussé de notre maison, pouvant accueillir un couple ou petite famille, c'est un lieu calme et ensoleillé, propice à la détente. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

Val d'Allos, quiet and sunny chalet with Wifi
