The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. We live on site with our Daughter and dog Russell and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. In Pukekohe, there is a range of restaurants, shopping, markets as well as racing 20 mins STH at Hampton Downs No visitors not accounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. No day visitors allowed. Standard rate is for 2 people. Please book for the number of people up to 4 guests.

Cosy cabin overlooking orchard & native bush. Ideal as a base to explore the area or an overnight stay. Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Our sunny cabin has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, covered deck & parking, set adjacent to our house. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast for your first morning are provided in the cabin. Please note due to limited space two people max (no additional infants).

Welcome to Black Gates Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B features two guest rooms in one wing of the main house, complete with a separate entrance and private bathroom. A securely locked door separates your living space from ours, ensuring your privacy. These two bedrooms are conveniently positioned side by side. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed, while the adjacent room offers a single bed & pull out bed. You'll also have your own bathroom during your stay.
