This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!

Woodsy Barndo Getaway

The first Barndominium in St John’s County, FL has been a passion project of mine since 2021. Built as a place for me to stay with my family, close to my mother’s house up the road since I was tired of spending time driving back and forth to hotels. I am ready to share my personal getaway with others since I only spend 3 months a year out there in Flagler Estates. All bedrooms are upstairs.
