We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

There is a golf course 0.3 mi away, and a few different parks with trails and beautiful greenery less than 10 min away! Peaceful 2nd floor unit with screened patio overlooking courtyard fountain. High end hotel branded mattresses. Pool in the complex, including a gas BBQ for grilling. We provide towels and beach chairs. For indoor fun, there are family games and fully equipped kitchen.
