Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο οικισμό, σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών από το κέντρο της Χανιώτης. The 65m2 recently renovated flat is located in a quiet block of flats nearby the center of Chanioti and just few metres from the beach, with a perfect seaview. It is suitable for families. There is also a private parking place.

Luxury 2-bedroom villa in Pefkoxori

The villa is composed by two bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a hydromassage cabin. There is also a big garden with barbecue in the front. The distance from the beach is 1-2 minutes by foot. There are a lot of bars and shops in the neighborhood.
