Plenty of closet space in apartment. Wi-fi is free and works even outside. A large screen is available for casting onto from your tablet, phone, or computer (for example, casting onto screen your Netflix or HBOgo) Driveway Parking. No pets. No smoking. Accommodates only 1 or 2 people. A futon is available for separate sleeping arrangements.
