Featuring two main floor bedrooms, a full bath and a spiral staircase leading to a second-floor loft with a king bed, sleeping sofa and luxurious bathroom. Up-north feel and located minutes from I-75, downtown Holly, Renaissance Festival, Holdridge, Seven Lakes and Mt. Holly ski resort.

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.

Please note: Bylaws prohibit hot tub use after 10:30 PM. The hot tub may be used between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM only.
