Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms. A travel cot is available for small children if required. There is a free parking space in the carport. Unfortunately the accommodation is not barrier-free.

Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lauf- und Fahrradstrecken direkt vor der Tür.

Rade gehört zur Samtgemeinde Neu Wulmstorf im Landkreis Harburg. Rade hat eine eigene Autobahn-ab und- zufahrt dadurch ist die Autobahnabfahrt auch für Ortsunkundige leicht zu finden. Die nähe zum Stuvenwald der zum teil schon zu Hamburg gehört verleiht dem Ort den ländlichen Charakter,

Das Stadthaus ist ein Neubau aus 2022 direkt am Park gelegen mit See, Spielplatz und Bolzplatz. Vom Grundstück kannst du direkt in den Park gehen. Das Haus ist überall mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet. Wir haben 2 Kinder (8 und 5 ) . Es gibt daher diverse Möglichkeiten zum Klettern, Schaukeln, Toben und viele Spielsachen.
