The unit is well insulated and stays cool during the summer months (the coolest in town) and warm in the winter. The unit features a brand new king bed in the master bedroom a full sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo.
