Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Beautiful Downtown Apartment

A beautiful apartment located right at the center of town with a view of the big church, Halllgrimskirkja. A variety of cozy restaurants and cafes just steps away and all the cities major attractions within walking distance. For guests who will not be renting a car, a pickup point for excursions is also conveniently located just around the corner. Fun fact, the house is designed by the locally re known architect Godjon Samuelsson, who also designed the church Hallgrímskirkja : )

A convenient, stylish apartment with all the amenities. In the lovely Vellir neighbourhood of Hafnarfjörður, the apartment is right next to grocery stores, a Hertz car rental, convenient bus connections, cozy coffee shops, and several of Iceland's iconic swimming pools. By car, central Hafnarfjörður is 5 minutes away, central Reykjavík is 15 minutes away, and both Keflavík Airport and the Blue Lagoon are just 30 minutes away.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
