Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. There are 2 bedrooms (double and two single beds, plus a cot if needed). Parking, WiFi, on demand TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric, bed linen & towels are all included .
