Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. To access the property you drive onto a bridge with its own stream running below. Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.

Primrose Cottage is a cosy space located in the ancient village of Angarrack. The village is tranquilly nestled in a small valley formed by the Angarrack river, which flows past the bottom of the cottage's garden, underneath the Angarrack Viaduct, designed by Brunel. Angarrack is ideally located for access by road (2 mins from the A30) and mainline rail (St Erth station is 10 mins away by car).
