Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Bus links to Edinburgh, just 20 miles away and 4 miles to North Berwick train station. Kernow Cottage offers flexible bedroom layout suitable for families, couples & golfing tours.

Abbeymill Farm Cottage

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

The coach House

Beautifully renovated Coach House in our lovely East Lothian Garden, which was recently opened to the public as part of the East Lothian garden trail. Perfect for a cosy weekend break or as an ideal base to explore beautiful East Lothian, we are 10 minutes from the stunning beaches in Gullane, North Berwick and Tyninghame, 15 from Dunbar. The John Muir way is nearby for some fabulous cycling and walking and if you fancy a hill or two the Lammermuirs are nearby.

Golf Cottage

Golf Cottage is a lovely self contained two bedroom cottage situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Gullane on Scotlands golf coast. Ideally located, the golf courses, stunning beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Gullane has a regular bus service to the nearby town of North Berwick and to the centre of Edinburgh if you wish to explore further afield. There are many walks from the door including the John Muir Way.

Pondfield Cottage, Gifford

This remote, peaceful family and dog friendly cottage is set in an idyllic location in the hill foots of East Lothian with stunning views of the Lammermuir Hills, surrounded by farm land, farm animals and wildlife. The ideal spot to relax and access to fantastic walks. The cottage is two and a half miles from the local village which has a small store and local pub.

Weaver’s Cottage beach getaway

Weaver’s Cottage, built from stone probably in the 18th century (the main house dates from 1687) sits in a large south facing garden with direct access to the designated bathing beach and the Fife coastal path. Lovingly restored it’s a wonderful place to relax, swim, go for beach walks, gaze at the stars in front of a cosy fire pit.
