It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. Sue-Sea-Q, in Continental, has gorgeous 2nd floor beachfront views! It's on the parking level for easy access to your room without long elevator waits. This unit is 1 mile from Pier Park and directly across the street from Gulf World and walking distance to several great restaurants. The condo has a seasonal beach bar making it to make it easy to stay on the beach or pool all day. The Sunsets are beautiful from your private Balcony! You must be 25 or older to rent our condo per HOA condo rules.
