Tutte le comodità sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti d’auto.

It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. This is a smart, three-bedroomed, well-appointed house in a tranquil part of the Dorsoduro. It is a traditional Venetian house that has been completely restored and renovated in a contemporary style. There is an enormous, private terrace that receives sun all day long. The house sleeps up to 5 people. The area is just off the beaten tourist track and is populated by Venetian locals . We are surrounded, however, by historical churches which contain some of the finest works of art in Venice.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
