This apartment has two bedrooms, completely separate from each other (the second is a shipping container), a patio with a Balinese sofa, a tropical garden, and parking. It's located a 2-minute walk from the surf and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, yoga studios, and more. Each bedroom has their own bed, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi with a backup battery, a private bathroom with hot water, and included parking. The master bedroom also features a fan, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

The Studio is located next to the Wildlife Refuge. Pura vida!
