The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.
