A friendly house for uncomplicated people! It is located right by the sea and offers a breathtaking view over the fjord! This older, small private house has good heating, a kitchen and a living room. In the basement - accessible via a narrow staircase - there is a bedroom with a double bed. The steep staircase is not suitable for older people or people with limited mobility! On the 1st floor there is a small bedroom (single bed) with a sea view. There is another single bed in the living room.

Places close by: Akureyri 25 min., Goðafoss 30 min., Mývatn 55 min. and Húsavík 55 min. drive away.

The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.

Selá has six double rooms and two shared bathrooms and two shared kitchens with other guests in the old renovated stables. We can house up to 12 persons plus 6 on the ground floor in the old house. Selá overlooks the village of Hauganes, to Dalvík is 12 km and to Akureyri is 34 km. The scenery is magical and pure .
