Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Apartments Smile are located in the picturesque town of Grožnjan, 15 km away from Novigrad or 20 km away from Umag. Apartments Smile are situated in a family house and consist of 3 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The guests also have a garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor, roofed terrace with a dining area. Cyclists have at their disposal storage for their bikes during the night. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Kućica "Casetta Melon" preuređena u apartman od oko 40 m2 površine, zadržane patine proteklih stoljeća, ali u skladu sa potrebama suvremenog čovjeka, mala i intimna, a opet opremljena i komforna s vlastita dva izlaza na javnu površinu. Smještena je na južnoj strani, u jednoj od živopisnijih, a opet i izrazito mirnoj četvrti Motovuna, na adresi Rialto 11, u kojoj nema prometa.
