Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. Whether sitting outside on the balcony or from the comfort of the open plan living-room with full height cathedral windows, you can enjoy the gorgeous sea views and spectacular sunsets whatever the weather. ISLE be BACK, Seaview and beach on your doorstep

Our Island house is located 3.8 miles (9 mins by car and on main bus route) from Stornoway, the Capital of the Western Isles. The house has beautiful sea views across Broadbay and the Minch, it is a short walk to the nearby beach. The property belongs to my partner but I help with the admin of his holiday home venture. My partner is a builder and finished renovating the house in July 2019. He stripped back the property to the bare bricks and basically started again from four walls.

Mackay House, Isle of Lewis

MacKay House is situated 7 miles from Stornoway on the east coast of the Island in the village of Coll. While enjoying the rural location it is only a 15 minute drive to the town centre which has shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The house, a former crofting house, has recently been refurbished to a high standard to cater for the modern day visitor to this scenic and stunning island. There are beaches from as little as a 10 minute walk from the house. Ample off street car parking.

The Cosy Wee Studio

A warm welcome awaits in this lovely little studio. Near to the main town of Stornoway yet has a country feel with the surrounding gardens, and great views to the sea. Great location for visiting our beautiful beaches and countryside. The studio is ideal for a couple, it has a king size bed in an open plan space with small corner kitchen. Small dining space . An ensuite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. A decking area with table and benchseat.
