There’s plenty of space, inside and out, including an enclosed sunny courtyard and undercover barbecue area with a suspended log fire.

Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

It has three reception rooms including a conservatory overlooking the lovely enclosed garden with patio and three bedrooms, one ensuite. It is within walking distance of the city centre and Rickerby Park and the River Eden.
