Incredible Home w/ tons of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

This family farmhouse situated on 6 acres has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open concept living and kitchen area. Built in the 1950s but recently renovated, this house has the country charm of days gone by combined with the comforts of modern life. The perfect spot for large families and groups to get some peace and quiet, while only 2 miles from historic downtown Greenville. Frontage road facing with easy interstate access and a direct 50 miles into Dallas.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris.
