You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Steeple View

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this cozy upstairs apartment located downtown Lincoln. 1 queen bed , 1 .5 baths, laundry, walk in closet, sleeper sofa. Covered porch complete with a grill and seating. Everything you need for a visit or a long term stay! The best Lincoln has to offer all within a few blocks. Mexican, Italian, steak, world famous gyros, pizza, coffee, cafe's, breakfast, micro brewery, ice cream, art gallery, shopping, VIP theater and Amtrak all within a couple blocks.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. Located one block from historic Petersburg's town square, this charming home welcomes you back in time to experience a slower pace of life . Walk the streets that Abraham Lincoln surveyed in 1836 and visit the Menard County Courthouse to see legal documents signed by Lincoln. Visit Petersburg's beautifully restored Broadgauge restaurant and bar, have coffee, yummy pastries or lunch at the Talisman. Close to 1st and 3rd Wine Bar and Hand of Fate Brewing as well.

The South Bank Loft features a large, open studio style living space highlighted by gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking historic Main Street in Havana, Illinois. The space has been meticulously restored and boasts high twelve foot ceilings, original restored crown molding, exposed brick and original hardwood maple floors. The loft also features a kitchenette with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash and under cabinet lighting.
